Shipping policy
Holiday Shipping
In order to ensure delivery before the Christmas holiday, we recommend placing orders before December 18th. Due to increased shipping during this time period, as well as potential weather delays, we cannot guarantee that orders placed after December 18th will arrive before December 24th.
If you are placing an order after 12/18 and wish to inquire about accelerated delivery, please contact us at info@no-shop.com.
Orders
All orders placed before 1pm EST will ship the same day. Any order placed after 1pm EST will ship the following business day.
Tracking Information
Order tracking will be sent in an automated confirmation email from our store. If you have not received your tracking information after two to three business of placing your order, check your spam folder. If no email can be found, you can reach out to us directly at info@no-shop.com.
Delivery & Delivery Confirmation
Carriers are responsible for deliveries and delivery confirmations. If tracking information says the package has been delivered but cannot be found, customers should contact the carrier first. NO SHOP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if your order has not arrived, please contact us and we will do everything possible to make it right.
Special Items
Some NO SHOP items are packaged and shipped through special carriers. This is especially the case with art pieces, furniture, piece uniques, or items that are deemed to be exceptionally fragile. In these instances, the product listing will include all the relevant information on how orders will be processed.
